The absolute winner of the exhibition was the EURO-MILK dairy from Beloslavec, whose Plemićki cheese (Nobleman's cheese) was proclaimed this year's Champion, while Dragec smoked cheese and liquid yoghurt won gold medals.
We've revived many forgotten foods such as whey, buttermilk and real homemade butter. That is why we have now breathed new life into the well-known semi-hard cooked cheese that has been made at almost every household in Northwestern Croatia.
