The cheese is a combination of a pleasant milky and lightly sour taste and aroma, of white color, soft texture, easy to spread, with no lumps and is pressed just enough.
Semi-fat cottage cheese is our best selling fresh cheese because of its milk fat percentage, which puts it in the golden middle of the cottage cheeses which have a wide area of use in baking and gastronomy.
