We challenged the most renowned Croatian pastry chef to prepare a dessert using as many EURO-MILK products as possible for our 20th birthday.
THE FIERY CHEESE FOR THE FIERY ONES
The fiery cheese is red and white checkered, just like the Croatian coat of arms. While the white squares have mild cheese taste, the red squares are really hot, having been added the ground cayenne pepper. Most importantly – the Fiery cheese is made from Croatian milk.

18 years of EURO-MILK dairy
We celebrated our 18th birthday!
The EURO-MILK dairy started working 13th November 1998 (on Lucky Friday 13th). At start, we were processing 500 liters of fresh milk, and our first product was a full-fat cottage cheese.
LET'S BUY CROATIAN
We participated in the "Let's buy Croatian" Campaign at ban Josip Jelačić Square in Zagreb, which was held on 29th and 30th of September.
Our three years in the EU
Our job is to process milk and produce cheeses and other dairy products and up until three years ago we were growing, employment was growing, we were investing in the dairy, developing new products, in a word we were a successful business. Then came the "Lady EU", which is often portrayed as a fat queen in a blue dress with a 12-star crown, but for Croatian farmers she turned out to be an ugly witch on a broom.
