Introducing the Škripavac
Listening to the demands and desires of our customers, we decided to introduce the new member of the EURO-MILK family . It is a traditional Croatian cheese that creaks under the teeth, which is how it was named.
EURO-MILK Škripavac is a semi-hard 38% milk fat cheese made from freshly pasteurised milk.
The creaking comes to the full expression in the first 14 days since the cheese has been made. Škripavac cheese is great to combine with other foods like various salads, traditional cured meats or pumpkin seed oil. It also makes an excellent baked cheese with meat dishes.
