Dragec smoked cheese is made from selected milk of the highest quality. It is popularly known as dried cheese, smoked cheese or “preveli” cheese.
One Dragec cheese weighs about 450 grams. It is packed in transparent vacuum bags which are then placed in characteristic cardboard boxes with an opening in the middle. It is further packed in 9-pack shipping containers that are customised for supermarket shelves.
