Dragec cheese with grreen peppercorn is a traditional product of Northern Croatia. It has a pleasant sour and moderately salty taste, characteristic precisely because of this special spice – green peppercorn. It is white with visible peppercorn grains. It is made from selected highest quality milk.
One Dragec cheese weighs about 450 grams. It is packed in transparent vacuum bags which are then placed in characteristic cardboard boxes with an opening in the middle. It is further packed in 9-pack shipping containers that are customised for supermarket shelves.
