Fat, semi-hard, dried cow milk cheese with a minimum 25% milk fat in dry matter.
Ingredients: pasteurised milk, dairy culture, rennet, salt, garlic 1.2%

Dragec cheese with garlic is a traditional product of Northern Croatia. It is white in color and has a pleasant sour and moderately salty taste combined with the characteristic garlic flavor. It is made from selected highest quality milk.

One Dragec cheese weighs about 450 grams. It is packed in transparent vacuum bags which are then placed in characteristic cardboard boxes with an opening in the middle. It is further packed in 9-pack shipping containers that are customised for supermarket shelves.
