Dragec cheese with ground paprika is a traditional product of Northern Croatia. It has a pleasant sour and moderately salty taste, reddish color and provides a spicy taste of paprika for your palate. It is made from selected highest quality milk.
One Dragec cheese weighs about 450 grams. It is packed in transparent vacuum bags which are then placed in characteristic cardboard boxes with an opening in the middle. It is further packed in 9-pack shipping containers that are customised for supermarket shelves.
