The fiery cheese is red and white checkered, just like the Croatian coat of arms. While the white squares have mild cheese taste, the red squares are really hot, having been added the ground cayenne pepper. Most importantly – the Fiery cheese is made from Croatian milk.

You have achieved a historical result and made our small country Croatia the most famous in the world.
