EURO-MILK dairy from Beloslavec is one of SPAR's producers and suppliers. It is one of the 20 remaining small dairies in Croatia.
We challenged the most renowned Croatian pastry chef to prepare a dessert using as many EURO-MILK products as possible for our 20th birthday.
The fiery cheese is red and white checkered, just like the Croatian coat of arms. While the white squares have mild cheese taste, the red squares are really hot, having been added the ground cayenne pepper. Most importantly – the Fiery cheese is made from Croatian milk.
